Financial Results 2005 Essent N.V.
2005 operating profit up 5% to EUR 782 million mainly the result of lower operating expenses. Net profit increases 26% to EUR 526 million. Apart from improved operating profit, this is the result of lower finance expenses and non-recurring effects, including the net gain on the sale of the interest in Van Gansewinkel Groep.
