Essent’s response to the decision of the Council of State regarding Eemshaven power station (2 September 2011)

RWE/Essent is satisfied with the decision of the Council of State (2 September 2011) and appreciates the fact that, in its judgement (paragraph 2.8 of the decision), the Council of State explicitly took into account the fact that RWE/Essent dealt carefully with the Council’s earlier decision on 24 August 2011.
