  • Dr. Bernhard Günther (Chief Financial Officer RWE AG)
  • Dr. Rolf Martin Schmitz (Chief Operational Officer RWE AG)
  • Dr. Filip Thon (Chief Executive Officer RWE Polen and Managing Director RWE East)
  • Eric van Amerongen (appointed as proposed by Essent’s Central Works Council)
