Executive Board
Essent's Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. The Board reports to the Supervisory Board and accounts for its actions to the shareholders and financiers.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board supervises Essent's policies and their implementation. Each member is appointed for a term of four years and is eligible for reappointment.
