Executive Board

One of the Executive Board's duties is to set the goals and strategy for Essent. It also has the duty of setting and monitoring compliance with the company's general policy for finance, sales & marketing, HR, legal affairs, communications, capital expenditure, technology and the environment. The Board is also responsible for the use of financial resources and contact with stakeholders. Essent's Executive Board reports directly to RWE's Executive Board.
